I am VERY SELECTIVE when it comes to where I get my hair cut. Some things that are very important to me are customer service oriented and professional stylists, a strong commitment to quality and satisfaction of the client, the ability to recognize when one client is negatively impacting other clients, honest and friendly atmosphere, a sense that the staff is always trying to earn my continued business, and the flexibility of schedule, in case I am not able to make my appointment on time. Exclusive Design exceeds my expectations in all of these aspects. I trust them so much that I bring my whole family here. 5 stars!

I have been going to Exclusive Design Salon for MANY years. I completely trust their judgement and expertise. I live in NYC and even travel to Ohio to get my hair done here because I know I will never have to worry about a thing. Thanks for everything Exclusive Design!

I have been going to Kelsey for my hair for almost 5 years now and she never disappoints. I've been everything from chocolate brown dream catchers extensions, an extreme hombre, to the blonde "lob" I have never been anything but 150% satisfied. On top of that, I have referred dozens of friends who have loved what she does with my hair, which are now all repeat customers. I am insanely picky about my hair so to find someone who can color, cut, and style so flawlessly is rare. I highly recommend!!!

I love this place, I’ve been to many salons over the years and this one takes the cake! Excellent customer service, very attentive to your needs, amazing at what they do and its such a fun and relaxed environment. Kristen is hilarious and super sweet! I'm so happy my husband told me to try this salon! I recommend this salon to anyone that wants to leave with a smile on their face, TWO THUMBS UP!!!

Exclusive Design Salon is an amazing place, not the least bit stuffy and stale like salons of today's world. I have known the family for twenty plus years and they are patient, kind and knowledgeable stylist!! I Would recommend them highly for all the members of YOUR family!! You will look like yourself, just better!!!

This is one of the BEST salons in Columbus. I love the way we are treated! My wife and I and our family all go here and we are treated like family and they do such a wonderful job. All of the stylist do such great work and every customer seems to leave the salon so pleased.

I have been going to this salon for MANY years! They really know what they are doing when it comes to hair, nails, and running a business. The atmosphere is very welcoming and family friendly. I have always been pleased with my results. I live in LA now, and came home to have my hair done because they are THAT GOOD! I always get comments about how great my hair color is and I have no problem telling everyone to go to Exclusive Design!!! Thanks guys!
